I then reset my device and try again and it crashes. This alternates with the game not opening at all. Meanwhile if I can open the game at all, as soon as I start clicking things the game crashes. I got an email back which said my ticket had been closed. Today I opened my email back up for the support ticket and replied to it, to ask for an update-it had been open for 5 days with no response. I kept trying to open the game for days and finally got back in, though the crashes kept getting worse. They wrote back and said someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I wrote to them on their website to report that the crashes had escalated and that I could no longer get the game to open. I had meanwhile spent real money in the game. I then stopped hearing back on my help ticket. I followed them in order and the problem got worse. I reached out to developers, who offered suggestions.
